Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using Wachr as an ad account monitoring product.

Effective date: March 30, 2026

Service scope

Wachr is an ad account monitoring platform. It helps users connect advertising accounts, configure alert rules and review warning, critical and resolved incidents. The service does not replace the source advertising platforms and depends on the availability of those external providers.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the credentials, advertising accounts and notification destinations connected to your workspace. You must only connect accounts and inboxes you are authorized to use.

Alerts and operational limitations

Wachr is designed to improve visibility and response time, but it does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of alerts or uninterrupted access to third-party APIs. Evaluation timing, platform latency and provider outages can affect when incidents are created or delivered.

Acceptable use

You may not use Wachr to access accounts without authorization, interfere with third-party services, abuse notification channels or attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the product infrastructure.

Data and termination

You may deactivate or delete your account using the controls available in the product. Deletion requests permanently remove the account and related data according to the current product behavior.

If you have legal or account questions related to these terms, contact the Wachr team through the same account channels used to operate the product.
