This summary explains what operational data Wachr uses to run account monitoring and user-facing notifications.
Effective date: March 30, 2026
Wachr stores the account data required to authenticate users, connect advertising platforms, define alert rules, record alert runs and keep notification history visible in the product.
When a platform such as Google Ads is connected, Wachr retrieves the operational data needed to evaluate alert rules. That data is used to create normalized snapshots, alert runs and incident records tied to your workspace.
Wachr stores notification preferences such as delivery email and channel settings so the system can route warnings, critical incidents and resolutions to the configured destination.
The product uses this data to authenticate users, evaluate alert conditions, deliver operational notifications, display activity history and support account-level monitoring workflows.
You can update profile details, notification preferences and other account settings from the dashboard. Account deactivation and deletion actions are also exposed in the product where implemented.
